Chef's Studio brings together the media and the top professional chef's to showcase their talents, and hear their views on curent and future trends in food service and hospitality. Created in 1995 to develop media and Promotional skills for culinary professionals and establishments Chef's Studio has become known aound the world for showcasing the talents and expertise of top chefs, and upcoming chefs.
Chef's TV and Chef's Radio were created in 2003 in Washington, DC. Looking for a better, and lower cost location they, and Chef's Studio moved out of The National Press Building, to the banks of the Chesapeake Bay, on the Eastern Shore. We saw the future of television moving away from broadcast, and towards an interactive experience on screen sizes we laughed at years ago. Soon food lovers will be able to plug in their iPod and become immersed in a gastronomic experience, be it in their kitchens, or at a restaurant.
But as we worked to create a sustainable plan we realized that many of our audience were spread around the world, and were looking for a more professional program feed than available on broadcast TV.
One of the most requested services we will be shortly introducing is the online shop, where the ingredients being used in a presentation can be obtained online in a package. We would not consider sending perishable foods, but the spices and sauces lend themselves to online purchasing, for convenience. Look for Chef's TV developing, and launching the next generation of Global Food Television. |
